Kyzylorda region is among the best in attracting investments
Today, at a meeting of the Republican Headquarters chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov, the issue of attracting investment in the manufacturing industry was considered, and relevant instructions were given. At the meeting, the head of government noted Kyzylorda region among the regions with good performance in attracting investments.
“There are regions where investment volumes are growing and the effectiveness of ongoing projects is noted. For example, these are Turkestan, Zhetysu, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan and others,” said the Prime Minister.
After the meeting of the headquarters, region akim Nurlybek Nalibaev held a special meeting, where he noted the importance of attracting investment to the region.
“In his Address, the Head of State noted that in order to form a strong industrial foundation and achieve a state in which our economy can fully provide for itself, it is necessary to pay special attention to the accelerated development of the manufacturing industry. To increase the share of the manufacturing industry in the volume of industry, we must implement projects aimed at processing products. We need to look for new projects, strengthen efforts to attract investments, and organize relevant events,” said the head of the region.
The regional department of entrepreneurship and industry, together with the akims of Kyzylorda city and the region, was tasked with developing specific projects aimed at the manufacturing industry. The regional director of the Development Center of Kyzylorda region, the JSC "KAZAKH INVEST" in Kyzylorda region, together with the regional department of entrepreneurship and industry, was instructed to coordinate the work to attract investors to the developed projects in the manufacturing industry.
This work will be supervised by the first deputy akim of the region Serik Kozhaniyazov.
