Moldir Sultanbekovna was born in 1978 in the city of Taraz, Zhambyl region.

1999 – Bachelor’s degree from the Kazakh State Academy of Management;

2007 – Candidate of Economic Sciences;

2016 – Bachelor’s degree from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz;

2017 – Master’s degree from Almaty Management University;

2025 – Master’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Career:

1999–2001 – Research intern at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, Kyzylorda;

2001–2008 – Assistant and lecturer at the Department of Economics and Finance, Kyzylorda Engineering and Economic Institute, Kyzylorda;

2008–2012 – Coordinator for procurement, accounting, and logistics at the American company Weatherford, Kyzylorda;

2013–2016 – Director of the City Cultural and Leisure Park, Kyzylorda;

2016 – Director of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Projects, NC SEC Baikonyr JSC, Kyzylorda;

2016–2017 – Chief Financial Officer at Bus Park LLP, Kyzylorda;

2017–2019 – Deputy Head of the City Department of Education, Kyzylorda;

2019 – Head of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the Office of the Akim of Kyzylorda City;
