A memorandum has been signed with Kazpost JSC
Today akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibaev met with the president of the board of Kazpost JSC Asel Zhanasova and signed a memorandum on development of postal and financial sphere.
Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties reached an agreement on mutual collaboration for the development of the postal and financial sectors in the Kyzylorda region. Kazpost JSC has the opportunity to participate in state, industry, and regional programs for investment and development, as provided in this document. Implementation of the action plan for the development of e-commerce in Kyzylorda region, development of the project «Social card of the citizen of Kazakhstan» among pensioners and recipients of preferential categories, students of secondary schools. In addition, implementing and further developing non-cash payments is necessary to ensure increased use of Kazpost services for the population. Including receiving payments through the Pos Mobile application, remote payment and cash service.
In accordance with the presidential concept the “Listening State” , it is necessary to provide an interaction opportunity of citizens with the state bodies in order to ensure accessibility to state and social services through Kazpost , that is the implementation of the project “E-otinish” for each residents from the remote settlements. The digital literacy of rural populations will be improved and public services will be more accessible. Citizens from socially vulnerable sectors will have easier access to services. There will also be interaction in the placement of sold-out postal alphanumeric code with QR-code in buildings and structures of the region.
