Murat Balabayev
Regional director
Balabayev Murat was born in 1977 in the Kyzylorda region.
He graduated from Cairo University (Egypt) with a degree in Business Administration.
He began his career in 2004 as a senior consultant at the Youth Support Center of the Kyzylorda Region.
Over the years, he held positions as a chief specialist, head of a department, and deputy head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Kyzylorda Region, as well as a chief specialist in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Kyzylorda Region.
2008-2012 – Assistant to a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2012-2015 – Chief Consultant in the Department for Supporting the Activities of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016-2018 – Chief Inspector of the Department for Organizational and Inspectorate Work and Regional Development of the Akim's Office of the Kyzylorda Region.
2018-2022 – Head of the Project Support Department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kyzylorda Region.
In April 2022, he was appointed Regional Director of JSC "NC KAZAKH INVEST" for the Kyzylorda Region.
