Murat Balabayev
Regional director
Balabaev Murat was born in 1977 in the Kyzylorda region.
Graduated from Cairo University (Egypt) with a degree in business administration.
He began his career in 2004 as a senior consultant of the State Enterprise “NC “Center for Youth Support” of the Kyzylorda region.
Over the years, he worked as a chief specialist, head of department, deputy head of the internal policy department of the Kyzylorda region, chief specialist of the department of entrepreneurship and industry of the Kyzylorda region.
2008-2012 - assistant to the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2012-2015 - Chief Consultant of the Department for Supporting the Activities of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016-2018 - Chief Inspector of the Department of Organizational and Inspection Work and Regional Development of the Office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda Region.
2018-2022 - Head of the project support department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kyzylorda region.
In April 2022, he was appointed Regional Director of JSC NC KAZAKH INVEST for the Kyzylorda region.
