SEZ and IZ
In the region, 927.9 hectares of land were allocated for the creation of industrial zones. To date, of the allocated land plots, 209.83 hectares of land have been developed for 48 projects with a total value of 192.2 billion tenge. About 6.7 billion tenge was allocated from the budget for the construction of infrastructure. Each Industrial Zone has a developed infrastructure (energy and water supply, natural gas supply, etc.).
Of the 48 projects, 16 projects worth 65.2 billion tenge were implemented, where 519 jobs were created.
According to the results of 12 months of 2018, out of the projects introduced, the output of products by enterprises was provided in the amount of 1.2 billion tenge compared with the same period in 2017, the figure increased 1.8 times (654.6 million tenge). At the end of 2018, the amount of taxes paid amounted to - 3.1 billion tenge.
In 2019, it is planned to implement 11 projects with a cost of more than 37.9 billion tenge.
