Mr. Dinmukhamed Absattarov
Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Management of Kyzylorda Region
Dinmukhamed Absattarov was born in 1978 in the Kyzylorda Region.
He graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshbayev with a degree in "Economist Engineer".
Career:
He began his career in 2000 as an economist at the Aktobe Chromite Compounds Plant.
From 2002 to 2006, he worked in various positions in the executive offices of the akims of Zhalaqash and Kyzylorda regions.
From 2006 to 2010, he served as Deputy Head and Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Management of Kyzylorda Region,
from 2010 to 2012 – Deputy Director of the Department of the Committee of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kyzylorda Region, and Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Management of South Kazakhstan Region.
From 2012 to 2020, he was the Managing Director of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", heading the chambers of entrepreneurs in Almaty, Kyzylorda, and Turkestan regions.
From 2020 to 2021, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Management Company of the Special Economic Zone of the International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos".
From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Company "QazExpoCongress". Since March 2023, he has been a Managing Partner at Yevniy Consulting Group.
Since December 2023, he has been appointed as the Head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Management of Kyzylorda Region.
